rite aid emails
rite aid sends emails to subscribers weekly that may include coupons. these coupons can only be used once.
load2card coupons
visit rite aid's load2card page to "clip" manufacturer coupons electronically to your plenti card. The coupons will be automatically redeemed when you buy the applicable items. load2card coupons can only be redeemed once.
printable rite aid coupons
rite aid occasionally offers coupons through their facebook page.
- does the store lose money when i use manufacturer coupons?
no, the manufacturers reimburse retailers for coupons!
in addition to the face value, the store usually receives an eight cent fee for accepting a manufacturer's coupon. this covers the cost of processing the coupon for redemption and then some. you can learn more about how manufacturer coupons work here.

- what is the official rite aid return policy? what happens if i need to return an item that i used coupons and/or points to buy?
all returns/refund are subject to Store Manager’s approval. i suggest keeping any returns few and far between if you want to maintain a good relationship with your rite aid managers and staff.
Refunds are generally credited using original payment method. Refunds will be accepted within 90 days of the original date of purchase. If you do not have your receipt but you have your wellness+ card or phone number used during the original purchase, we can look for your transaction 48 hrs after the original purchase date and provide you with a full refund on your original purchase price.
To return or exchange an item without a receipt or wellness+ or Plenti card information used during the original purchase, you will be required to present photo ID. Returns without receipt or card will receive the lowest promotion price in the last 45 days. Authorized returns without a receipt may be refunded for a Rite Aid Gift Card or a product exchange.
When making a return for a product that had a coupon attached, Rite Aid cannot refund cash for the value of the coupon and cannot return the coupon that was used.

- how do you get the rite aid ads early?
rite aid stores usually receive the ads a week or two in advance. if you ask nicely, they may give you a copy. some stores will not give out ads early, but others are happy to! ymmv!
